A journey through love gone from sweet to sour choreographed with Keith Johnson. The piece uses text to show how cold two people can become by using their wardrobe to explain crucial and meaningful points in their relationship. WAS begins in reverse, goes forward, then ends up right where you started with everything explained. This piece was premiered at the Martha B. Knoebel Dance Theatre at California State University in Long Beach, where it was received beautifully. The Los Angeles Times said “a post- love duet with brand-name memories....a lot of style....not a bad combination.”
